Rams can look at '83 N.C. State team for inspiration

InformationNewton High School is the county's original high school. Located 35 miles east of Atlanta, Newton High School was established in 1949 and used to be located on Newton Drive, behind the current location of the Newton County School Board's central office. The school was first accredited in 1954. The current location was built in 1974 and has seen many improvements over the school's history.
